Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic; the room was spacious with a large bathroom, well lit, and reasonably quiet, which I loved. The service was lovely and extremely helpful, although some staff seemed more interested in finding problems than solutions. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with easy access to many attractions. The dining experience was somewhat limited, but overall, I enjoyed my time there.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a superb huge bed and plenty of storage space, but there was a noticeable cigarette smell. The location is excellent right in the center of the city, making it convenient to visit all the landmarks. The dining experience, though basic, was acceptable. The hotel facilities are ample and well decorated.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and provided a lot of privacy, perfect for my family of 5. While they might look a bit outdated from the 90s, they were very comfortable. The service was top-notch, catering to all my needs with a professional and pleasant attitude. The location was ideal, being right in the heart of Zaragoza, close to all the main attractions and within easy reach of the old town. The dining options were varied, although the service was a bit infrequent. Overall, a great value for what you get.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms that are conveniently connected, though some areas might need refurbishment. The service was friendly and accommodating overall, except for a minor hiccup with one receptionist. Its location in the center of Zaragoza, within walking distance of major attractions, makes it a prime choice. The dining experience, while well-presented, lacked variety and could benefit from an update. The facilities are in good condition, contributing to a positive stay.
